Independence Prints creates custom products, gallery items, school spirit pieces, first responder gifts, branded displays, and made-to-order work.

Custom requests may include review of photos, logos, artwork, dimensions, color preferences, product notes, and uploaded files.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and permissions for files, photos, images, logos, artwork, and design materials they upload or provide.

By submitting a file or design, you confirm that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, or authority needed for Independence Prints to review, quote, modify as needed for production, and produce the requested item.

Custom requests may require review before pricing, payment, or production can begin. A submitted request is not accepted for production until Independence Prints confirms the quote or order details.

If a file cannot be printed as submitted, Independence Prints may ask for a revised file, provide a revised quote, or decline the request.

Payment may be required at checkout for eligible items or after a custom quote is approved. Production generally begins after required payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Prices, materials, availability, and shipping costs may change before a quote is accepted or an order is paid.

Production timelines depend on design complexity, file readiness, materials, order volume, review time, and customer response time. Any estimated timeline is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date.

Independence Prints may pause production to clarify artwork, file issues, sizing, lighting, shipping, or other order details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside Independence Prints' control.

Risk of loss may transfer after an order is provided to the carrier, subject to applicable law and the carrier service used.

Because custom printed items and customer-specific file services are made or reviewed for a specific request, cancellations, refunds, and returns may be limited after review, material preparation, production, or shipment begins.

If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved order details, contact Independence Prints promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers may not submit files or designs that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or intended to create unsafe items. Independence Prints may decline or cancel requests at its discretion.

Customers may not use the site or services to interfere with site security, misuse accounts, submit malicious files, or violate another person's rights.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Independence Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the site, services, files, production, shipping, or customer use of finished items.

Independence Prints' total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Independence Prints may update its services, pricing, production options, policies, or these Terms of Service from time to time.

The version posted on this page applies when you use the site or submit a request, unless a separate written agreement applies.
